How the score works

Each question is weighted by the regulatory consequence of getting it wrong. Failing a question on Annex IV technical documentation costs more than failing one on internal training — because the former blocks a notified body conformity assessment, while the latter is remediable internally.

The thresholds are calibrated against ~30 enterprise procurement questionnaires we've seen in the wild plus the European Commission's published guidance. They reflect what an auditor checks, not what a marketing page claims.
